You are responsible for the printing of your item when choosing the "Digital" option. No refunds will be given for printing issues. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS THIS ITEM IS CUSTOM.PLEASE SUBMIT ORDER AT LEAST 2 WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.
Your order will ship the week prior to your Date Needed.+
Proofs will be submitted to your email address associated with your order.
Please check your design proof (s) thoroughly for spellings or any corrections needed

Keep in mind that printing locations such as Staples and Office Depot may refuse to print some character images.
