CUSTOMIZED TREATS
You are agreeing that if you place an order for customized treats, you must fill out the correct order form with your event details ( Address for shipment, colors, theme, photos and any personalization's needed.)
If you cancel you event after designs are made, you will have to forfeit a $25 design fee.
You are agreeing that if your event is less than 10 days away, you are responsible for adding the CORRECT rush fees.
You are responsible for added any expediated shipping cost if you want your order shipped out faster then the date indicated on the form.
You are agreeing that mockups/drafts will be emailed to you not text or DIRECT MESSAGE via social media. Mockups and Drafts are sent out via email in order of event date.
SNAPCHAT FILTERS
You are agreeing that if you place and order for a snapchat filter, it must be done at least 72 hours prior to your event date and address and time frame must be inserted on the snapchat order form to ensure the filter is live when requested.
BANNER AND FLOOR WRAPS
ALL BANNERS AND FLOOR WRAPS ARE SHIPPED DIRECTED TO YOU.
CLASSES
You are agreeing to receiving vital info pertaining to class purchased within 48-72 hours, weekends and holidays are not included.
You must leave a valid email address and phone number.
You are responsible for having a working computer with enough RAMS and space to download class files.
You are responsible to correspond to all emails.
Calendars are only sent out after you have responded and confirmed that your device works properly.
